In Malaga vineyard owner Fernando needed space for vineyard work, harvest staff, tool storage, and family leisure. YG Machinery supplied a 40FT expandable foldable prefab house with a steel frame, insulated EPS sandwich panels, and pre-installed utilities. Features included roof insulation for the climate, a kitchen connection, tool storage, and opening side panels. Delivered to the vineyard, the house was unfolded by 3–4 people in about two hours and now supports different needs throughout the year.
Electric Forklift Truck Exported to France
A logistics company near France’s Port of Le Havre needed a cleaner alternative to diesel forklifts for container unloading, pallet stacking, and warehouse transport. YG Machinery supplied the YG20 electric forklift, rated for 2 tons with a 3,000 mm lift height. After delivery, the team received setup assistance and operator training in French. The customer reported quieter operation, lower energy and maintenance costs, and smoother pallet handling, and is considering expanding its fleet in future.
Glass handling robot sold to Italy
An Italian glazing company in Veneto needed to install 7 × 3 m curtain wall panels weighing up to 550 kg in Verona. Manual lifting was slow and required several workers, with risks of glass damage and safety incidents. YG Machinery supplied a 600 kg glass handling robot with six vacuum pads, remote control, rotation, and tilting. According to the case report, installation time fell from 45–55 minutes to 25–30 minutes per panel, while staffing needs decreased.
Small Backhoe Loader Exported to Canada
A farmer in Alberta, Canada, needed equipment for narrow farm passages, feed moving, pen cleaning, and drainage maintenance. His skid steer and mini excavator often broke down, while access areas measured 1.6 m wide. YG Machinery recommended the YG small backhoe loader, combining loading and digging functions in one machine. It handled tight spaces and cold Alberta conditions, with an optional enclosed cab.
